1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days.

2. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated yet?
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear. In some cases, during busy periods, updates may take slightly longer to become active.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We’re committed to quality. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we'll quickly replace or refund your item at no extra charge.

We embroider / print and ship from Michigan. We do not produce the clothing, but we do support over 200 American jobs finishing products in the USA.
